Mr Peter McPherson – Managing Director
Peter McPherson brings to FijiCare a wealth of 30 years of insurance knowledge and expertise. He has worked for Zurich International Group for 14 years as General Manager Solomon Islands as well as Marketing Development Manager of Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and the Solomons. He is  a member of the Fiji Australia Business Council of Fiji.


Mr Joeli Randio – Operations Director
Mr Randio comes from a strong claims background, having being employed by Life & Benefits Division in a claims department before joining FijiCare Insurance in 1994. Being in the insurance business for the last twenty years with a background in certificate of Total Quality Management. He was then promoted to Claims Supervisor in 1996 and then Claims Manager in 1997. Mr Randio later accepted the role of Manager Western, FijiCare Lautoka Office in 2000 and currently hold a position of Operations Director.


Mr Victor Robert – Finance Manager
Mr Victor Robert is a ANZIIF (Snr Associate) CIP,  has been employed with FijiCare for the last 12 years and currently holds a position as a Finance Manager / FIL Company Secretary.


Mrs Jasmine Chand – Claims Manager
Jasmine has 12 years of claims experience having been employed as a Claims Data Entry Clerk with FijiCare in 1999. She was then promoted to Medivac Claims Co-ordinator in 2000 and currently holds the position of Claims Manager for FijiCare & HealthPlus.


Mr Joni Naverebalavu – Business Development Manager
Mr Naverebalavu commenced with FijiCare in November 1999, employed as a Claims Clerk in the Claims Department. He quickly moved up to the Term Life Unit and was then nominated to the role of Team Leader for the Healthplus Service Centre. On 5th November 07, Joni was granted the position of Underwriting Manager and currently is a Business Development Manager.


Mr Lemeki Biulailai – Business Development Manager
Since being initially employed as a Claims Clerk in 2003, Lemeki had also been granted the task of overseeing the Public Service Commission (PSC) group. In 2007 he held two roles as Office Manager and Team Leader – Outpatient Unit. He was then offered the title of HealthPlus Manager in 2007 and currently is a Underwriting Manager.






Ms Jasmeen Khan – HR/Risk & Compliance Manager
A graduate in Bachelors Degree in Business Management & Human Resources, Jasmeen had the role of Marketing Assistant with FijiCare in 2007. On 28th April 2008, she was promoted to Risk & Compliance Co-ordinator and as of 1st September 2008, currently holds the position of Risk & Compliance Manager.
